I was lucky enough to get tapped to do another Hero Initiative cover this year, this time it was for the Hulk. Not too bad for my first time ever drawing the big guy I think. Not sure if this will be sold during a convention or on eBay (my Spider-Man from last year was an eBay auction). Hope it makes a good amount for this worthy cause.
Thanks Jason. As I was drawing him I realized I'd never done him before. I think it may be because my favorite heroes are all normal sized, like Spider-Man or Batman so I tend to draw them more often then any others.
I hear ya. When I used to draw a lot I only drew the characters I liked. Course I always pulled myself in 80 different directions so I never focused on drawing as much as I should have! You draw so much it's probably easy now (or at least easier) to just have to draw something you've never even attempted before!

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. We choose photomanipulations that have made an impression on us from the past week. We do not base our choices on preference or friendships and we have never featured ourselves. We simply pick photomanipulations showing creativity, technique and quality at the same time, and are simply eye-catching. As we are also stock artists, we will only feature the works that give proper credits to stock artists.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Finally I found the time and effort to do another watchers feature. A lot of new-comers have shown up since the last feature, and I want to thank them all for being interested in my works. I've roamed through all their galleries, and picked the one, two or three best deviations made by each. I hope you will enjoy this collection as much as I enjoyed making it!
If you're looking for a deviant to brighten up your day, look no further than `JurgenDoe. Jurgen's infectious enthusiasm and passion for deviantART is evident in all areas. His generous community spirit and positive energy have earned him a reputation within our community as being someone who is a role model to us all. Jurgen's eclectic gallery gives you a glimpse into his vibrant personality, and shows that he's not just good at cooking up a storm in the kitchen, but that he's always prepared to throw some devious spices into his artistic endeavours. So with a dash of hooray and a heaped spoonful of congratulations, we are delighted to present the Deviou... Read More
